Job Description
. Material loading / unloading . Maintaining Factory records . Supervising and handling Factory workers . Productions planning and achieving said targets . Develop daily production & labor plans . Operating simple machinery . Streamlining production/ process flows . Company operational matters . Corresponding with vendors .... etc.
Requirements
* Must have a degree in Food Science or related. * Must have at least 1 year experience in Food Processing and Manufacturing. * Must have experience and knowledge in handling Spices: Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper . etc * Must have experience in Spices processing and Pre-cleaning. * Sound knowledge and skill in food analysis (Chemical, Physical & microbiological). * Must have the ability to conduct Production planning. * Must have great communication skills. * Must have experience in overseeing Spices/ Food processing for Export and Factory workflows. * Must have knowledge on compliance of Food Safety Certifications: ISO 22,000, FSSC 22,000, BRC ... etc * Must have knowledge on machinery installation and commission on production flow, streamlining production flows. * Must be able to work in high stress environment
